You’ll also find feta cheese, feta-stuffed red and pipeline peppers, sun-blushed and sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, stuffed vine leaves, tapenade, hummus, butter bean salad, boquerones, green and red pesto, harissa, and marinated garlic.

We offer a wide range of fresh pasta, gnocchi, premium sauces, and prepared meals, all made with carefully selected and ethically sourced ingredients. Our products use the finest base ingredients, including the best Italian flours, semola, and free-range, organic eggs for fresh pasta. Each piece is laid-down, cut, filled, and carefully shaped by skilled artisans. Recent developments include a successful introduction of a gluten-free and vegan range. We also provide a bespoke service where chefs can prepare recipes to their specification, which we then manufacture exclusively for them.

Our greatest heritage and the pillars of any British cheese range, we offer the cream of English Territorial cheeses: Kirkham’s Lancashire, Sparkenhoe Red Leicester, and King Richard III, alongside the more modern innovation of Cornish Yarg. Great French cheese is represented by the world-renowned producer of a classic: Marcel Petite’s Comté, and from Switzerland, we offer Tête de Moine, a perfect party centrepiece, along with the finest cheese from master affineur, Walo Von Muhlenen.
